Join the HLS Women's Alliance of Southern California at our inaugural event, an informal reception on Sunday, October 21, 2012 from 3:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. at the home of Tanya Greig Perara (HLS '96) in Studio City (address to be provided upon RSVP).
We will serve light refreshments and use the time to get to know each other and explore goals, brainstorm future projects and events, and identify areas of interest to shape our group.
Please RSVP to Dana Ross here.
What is the HLS Women's Alliance? We are a group of HLS alumnae who share a common goal of increasing the presence of women HLS graduates in positions of power and leadership. The Alliance will provide an avenue to achieve this goal by offering a forum for discussion, networking, and mentorship and by encouraging activities and connections that will contribute to the professional advancement of HLS alumnae.
What is the HLS Women's Alliance of Southern California? A subgroup of the HLS Women's Alliance has been created for HLS graduates living in the Southern California area. Our goal is to have fun, engaging events that support our constituency's goals and interests on a quarterly basis. We hope that you share our enthusiasm for the possibilities that this new group will open for all of us, and that many of you will want to share your wisdom, energy, and vision to help us make it as beneficial as possible for everyone. We will encompass the geographic area bounded by Santa Barbara and San Diego, and look forward to including as many alumnae as possible as we build this new support and empowerment network.
How do you join the HLS Women's Alliance of So-Cal? Please send an email to: HLSWASoCal@gmail.com and include the following information: name; email address; mailing address; phone number; name of employer and job title; and year of graduation from HLS. In addition, you may also join our LinkedIn Group (please note that everyone will receive all group announcements by e-mail if they do not join the LinkedIn Group).
We are excited to get to know everyone and look forward to meeting you soon.
